Grimoire of the Windmill Parish

This Grimoire is the first of a few I hope to create- it serves as a collection of broad magical capabilities, motivations, and inspirations for the character archetype of the Windmill Parish, whose goals are uncertain at best. Using what's written here as an outline, you can develop a player character or NPC for virtually any system, so long as your party is cool with it! 

The Windmill Parish are the result of a game of The Quiet Year by Avery Alder I played with some friends, who have kind of infected a number of other games we've played, and gotten more and more Intense with each session. Their end goals are unclear, their methods are inscrutable, and their fashion is impeccable. 

Please find included both a PDF of the Grimoire and a .txt file including plaintext and image descriptions. This Grimoire has been edited to be available for free, because I think that's more fun for everyone.
